I add an entry to /etc/logrotate.d/apache

 "/var/log/httpd/crotodb/access.log" {
           rotate 5
           weekly
           postrotate
                 killall -HUP httpd # line 1
           endscript
       }

I am not sure what will line do, will it stop the apache server?
