httpd -l

This will list all modules compiled direct into the binary.  Otherwise check your httpd.conf
has a LoadModule statement for mod_perl and that the module is in your modules directory,
compiled as an .so

I have a redhat 7.3 linux box, i am sure if mod_perl have been installed
or not, how can I check if it has been installed or not?
