Not so trivial - Check out http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2068/rfc2068
(which is the HTTP 1.1 RFC) and look for section 14.9 - Cache control.
This defines what cache control headers you can put in the response.
You'd then have to use mod_headers to set the appropriate header.
