and if someone doesn't have javascript enabled, then the javascript 
doesn't work.

80% of graphic artists online leave a site as soon as they see flash.
( these are people that oftem make the imagery for flash sites, yet they 
won't browse them )

a heavily watermarked image and the page displaying one broken into 
small pieces, with apache serving the heavily watermarked image when 
they try to save it.

but there is no real guaranteed way to stop someone.
