how about this:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^/mydomain/(.*)$          http://www.mydomain.com/$1 [R,P]
RewriteRule ^/yourdomain/(.*)$          http://www.yourdomain.com/$1 [R,P]
RewriteRule ^/theirdomain/(.*)$          http://www.theirdomain.com/$1 [R,P]
