Hi,

well I didn't get yet what you mean.
It seems to me you want to proxy back to the same server. Is this correct?
And you want to make your domains accessible by IP only, but you add directory to differ between
the domain names, right?

I don't know much about proxy, but should't this work?

Redirect permanent 	/mydomain  	http://www.mydomain.com
Redirect permanent 	/yourdomain 	http://www.yourdomain.com
Redirect permanent 	/theirdomain 	http://www.theirdomain.com
