FYI, If I unset ORACLE_HOME from the command line, and run sqlplus, this
is exactly the error I get.

I checked my error log and I get 3 errors which are:
- Error 6 initializing sqlplus
- Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
- You may need to set ORACLE_HOME to your oracle software directory I
have ORACLE_HOME and proper paths set in the profile for the user that
apache is running.  Hope this helps, Kenny
