What about the Files tag?

I quote from the httpd.conf file :

<Files ~ "^\.ht">
    Order allow,deny
    Deny from all
    Satisfy All
</Files>

This denies people access to the .ht files,
perhaps it could be used to give access to
the sound files ? I don't know the syntax for it though.
