Hi All,

I've compiled my apache 2 server in a 'perchild' mode.

Funny thing is that root user can't run it. (I don't mean the user and group directives inside the conf file)

I keep getting 'apr_proc_mutex_lock failed' and 'apr_proc_mutex_unlock failed' in the error log.

I tried to run it under my user name and it works.

Any suggestions ..?

Did anyone succeeded running it with root .
