When I try to compile Apache 2.0.43, I get the following when it gets to the
"Shared Memory" module portion of the configure...

...so, can anyone give me some advice on what to do? My thought is that
those headers are installed with RH7.2, but I could be wrong.

This is a RedHat Linux 7.2 server with a generally old kernel. (I don't have
physical access to the box so I'm weary to change the kernel in the case
that something goes wrong.)
