Subject RE: [users@httpd] Empty Makefile when ./configure
Date Tue, 17 Dec 2002 08:00:53 GMT
Your mails are appearing - it's just that nobody (including me) knows
how to help you.

If the problem is sed - get another sed: have you tried www.gnu.org? Or
ask on the Debian list for possible problems with that distro's sed...
It's a knotty problem when you get an error from a tool the configure
script uses and it usually comes from an incomplete or broken
OS/compiler/shell. It is entirely possible that no-one has ever
encountered this problem before and so no-one feels they can help..

Sorry I can't be more positive :-(

Rgds,

Owen Boyle

PS - thanks for switching to text again, HTML-mail is despised on this
list ;-)
