In principle, most apache 1.3 directives are supported by apache 2 so
there is no need extensively to rewrite the config. However there are a
number of minor changes where some have disappeared (e.g. BindAddress)
and where defaults have changed. Also many new features have been added
which make life simpler. So there is no guarantee that any particular
config will work without modification in apache 2.

Check out http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/ and follow the link for
"Upgrading" for all the details.
