That website actually is a crditcard transcation site

if you have their account, you can login in , then there are many hyper 
links, the last one "account summary" is the trouble that I can not 
access in my home. but I can in school or in private store.

Tim, may be you can check that site to see what kind 's setting they 
need enduser to set.- either in window xp or in linux.
