what do u want to use with ServerPath ,

what about simple vhost with one IP,

NameVirtualHost 192.168.1.2

<VirtualHost 192.168.1.2>
ServerName webmail.domain.tld
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/webmail
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost 192.168.1.2>
ServerName web-cyradm.domain.tld
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/web-cyradm
</VirtualHost>
