Brings "Wednesday, 11-Dec-2002 15:52:44 W. Europe Standard Time" :)
It seems that only "exec cmd" is not working. 

Meanwhile I made a little workaround:
<!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/tlist.pl"-->
This calls a perlskript which calls "tlist.exe" and gives the output back.
But I don't think that this could be the solution :(
