Hrm..... The HTML on the site is actually:

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>Under Construction</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<!-- URL's used in the movie-->
<!-- text used in the movie-->
<!--timmcc.co.uk coming soon... --><OBJECT
classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"

codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflas
h.cab#version=5,0,0,0"
 WIDTH=800 HEIGHT=600>
 <PARAM NAME=movie VALUE="constuction.swf"> <PARAM NAME=loop
VALUE=false> <PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=high> <PARAM NAME=bgcolor
VALUE=#FFFFFF>
  <EMBED src="constuction.swf" loop=false quality=high bgcolor=#FFFFFF
WIDTH=800 HEIGHT=600 TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash"
PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_P
rod_Version=ShockwaveFlash"></EMBED></OBJECT>
</BODY>
</HTML>

Perhaps it's the domain name provider, try going directly to
http://217.42.49.139 and see what HTML is served instead.

The Flash file is only about 3k.
