Yes, I'm running XP, I didn't turn off XP's firewall, and I use
ZoneAlarm...

Well, this goes to a whole other set of questions. Your firewall
probably
doesn't allow ICMP, that's why they get request timed out. Are you
running
XP? Apparently that has a default firewall.

So far, it's not an apache problem....
