Please don't make unsubstantiated comments like that.  Apache 2 on windows
is perfectly stable, and quite fast.  (Probably not as fast as IIS, but
...).  The only thing that is not stable is some third-party modules.  If
you want to use PHP with Apache 2 you need to test very carefully before
