You would need to have a browser that could send the SM-USER HTTP request
header.  I don't actually know of any browsers that allow arbitrary
request headers to be sent.  You can do it yourself using "telnet 80", of
course:

telnet yourhost.example.com 80
GET /secure HTTP/1.1
Host: yourhost.example.com
SM-USER: admin
[enter][enter]
