I wouldn't think so, for a couple of reasons:
1- most attacks are by port, so far as I know.  Once a port is compromised,
then somebody can perhaps gain entry to the server and wreak the havoc
theywant to wreak anyway.
2- if it's a page name that people want to attack, this also is pretty
simple to circumvent: Save As.  IE, Netscape, Mozilla, Konqueror all offer
this function, and the default name is the name of the file.
