Very odd indeed...
most warez sites serve in China,
most 0day sites serve in China,
the biggest FTP's are in China (glorisoft)...

the biggest market of VCD's is China as well

Ah well.  It's understandable... they want the goodies but lack the moneys

in the logs of one of my server foung a record of a hacking attempt.
the isp in question denies access to their website.
they didn't respong to my contact email about it.
if anyone wants the blick of ip numbers to be able to block / watch for,
contact me offlist for it.

odd that china telecom wouldn't want to stop illegal activities.
