Subject [users@httpd] start up error on Apache version 2.0.43

hi,

I've Httpd (Apache) version 2.0.43. installed with PHP 4.2.3 on my Solaris 8
box, when I attempt to start the Httpd server I get  the following error
messages in my error_log:

configured -- resuming normal operations

Apache is exiting!

Kindly enlighten what could possibly gone wrong here!
