This OpenSSL/0.9.6a -

Has a possible security hole in it, get version  OpenSSL/0.9.6g (G) 
to be better prepared.

(There is a new worm out called "slapper" which attacks OpenSSL 
versions prior to version 0.9.6g)

+0000 is GMT or UniversalTime.  Apparently your "clock" may be 
local but your hwclock is GMT.

Lookup hwclock, etc.
