This sounds like a tomcat issue.  change the ports in both the httpd.conf
and the tomcat server.xml file to start on port 80.  That should give you a
good start.  I believe you also have to change the httpd.conf file point to
the correct index.html page, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Our web site entry URL is http://name.domain.com:8080/web/index.html. I try 
to easy user's typing work and let users just need to type 
http://name.domain.com . How can I do it?
