This is the error my java console gives me.

Error loading class: SimpleChatApplet
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: SimpleChatApplet
	at com/ms/vm/loader/URLClassLoader.loadClass
	at com/ms/vm/loader/URLClassLoader.loadClass
	at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.securedClassLoad
	at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.processSentEvent
	at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.processSentEvent
	at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.run
	at java/lang/Thread.run

I changed the file owner and group name to apache also this time.
It didn't work.

try application/x-java-vm.
