not in the sense of this list is for people using apache and serving 
pages. it may not be about apache itself, but it is about using apache 
responsibly, by going over all clientside scripts your hosted domains 
are using to ensure they aren't putting something out they shouldn't.
a webmaster is only able to watch for things they know about.
this thread lets the list know that this is becoming a much more serious 
issue than it has been believed to be.
