I am new at this but I think that anything with the file extentions like *.tar.gz is not a
windows file. If someone with more experiance would confirm this it would be nice.

I tried to download openssl-0.9.6e.tar.gz or openssl-0.9.6h.tar.gz, both ssl.h failed
