Subject RE: [users@httpd] Authentication Problem with Apache 2.0

Geez!  Talk about having a "Homer moment"!

Naturally the answer was sitting in the log file - "Permission denied:
Could not open file".  Made it possible for it to be accessed and,
voila!, success. :)
