Your firewall is not the issue. One cannot get a 404 from a firewall; if
the firewall was blocking the NAT, then you would get a client hang. The
browser would just spin it s wheels.
The problem is most likely in the configuration of your App server.
Check the setup of it; the server does not find something after the IP
(that is, something in:
servlet/ContentServer?pagename=Bayer/SPi/Util/GSK/GSKLogin).
