You could mark the archives of this group as knowledge bases, but they are
not organized or structured. The problem they present is that you have to
find your answer in those archives. After that, you usually have to read a
lot of text before finding the relevant part. Or sometimes worse, you have
to glue different parts/solutions together to fix your problem.

It would be ideal if a users inputted his problem in a knowledge librabry,
which would then search the appropiate solution for the users (if it
exists). It would be presented to users in a few clear steps, with optional
background information.
