Subject [users@httpd] AssignUserID problem (revisted)
Date Wed, 02 Oct 2002 19:19:34 GMT
Hello,

my first email was a mistake, I'm sorry.
I tried to use the AssignUserID directive
within a <VirtualHost> context and my
httpd.conf looks like this:

AssignUserId nobody nogroup

When I try to start the apache I
get the error message:

Syntax error on line 1037 of
/usr/local/apache2_perchild/conf/apache2.conf:
Unable to find process with matching uid/gid.

How can I define an appropriate process
for AssignUserId? I mean I have set
User and Group to nobody and nogroup
so AssignUserId should work, shouldn't it?

Bye and thanks,
Werner.
