Have you tried importing the file to your client machine (from where
you accessing the server with your browser ) and double clicking on
the certificate?? That should pop up with a install certificate
wizard.

Hi,
   Machinthose browsers are not allowing to view our secusre
site(https://) which has been assigned certficates issued by our self.
It is showing the message that it is not trusted security issuer and
not even allow us to install certificate=20
    Any suggestions greatly appreciated
