try something like that

     <Directory /www/thedir>

->        Order Deny,Allow
->        Deny from all
->        Allow from 211.111.111.11

         AllowOverride None
         AuthName "Acces Visiteur"
         AuthType Basic
         AuthUserFile /www...../.passwd_web
         AuthGroupFile /www..../.group_web
         require group thegroup

->       Satisfy any

     </Directory>
