Good point.  In my test environment the browser can see http://server:port/,
but in reality I should be using ProxyPassReserve too.
But there is still a 5 minute wait for a hit to http://apache:port/.  I did
play with the Timeout setting in httpd.conf, and that is the length of time
the browser has to wait for a reply.
