how many websites you want to run
if just one, this is the "cheatest" sheet u can probably find.

download the .msi package from the win32 binaries folder
http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/apache_1.3.26-win32-x86-no_src.msi

run the installer, tell it to install as a service, keep everything default

then move your files in
C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs

bling bling,
you are done.

I believe in reading big long instructions because they help you troubleshoot later.

Is there a cheat sheet or some simple instructions for installing Apache on Windows 2000?

Thanks!
