I just removed ServerAlias define and it still have the same problem.

I think the problem here is that you've also listed that as a ServerAlias
for brass.web.boeing.com and I believe Apache will deliver the request to
the first VirtualHost which matches the details of the request.

Try removing or changing the ServerAlias and see if that fixes the problem.
