1. That's not true, as far as I see. I'm looking at the MS Outlook 2000 
Rules Wizard. One of the choices is "with specific words in the message 
header", which I assume means any header. Filtering for users@httpd 
would match any of these:

>>DN> Reply-To:
>>DN> list-post: <>
>>DN> Delivered-To: mailing list
>>There is your filter string/strings.

2. "MS-Outlook/Outlook Express users" only tells half the story. Most 
servers have support for this kind of thing through sieve, procmail, etc.
