Subject Multiple Apache Instances?
Date Mon, 12 Aug 2002 19:52:58 GMT
I'm trying to setup multiple Apache 1.3.26 instances on a
Solaris 8 server buy making two different builds in two
different prefix dirs (/usr/local/apache and
/usr/local/apache-2)

The first build of Apache will start just fine, but when I
try to start the second build, I get this in the error log:

mmap: Bad file number
httpd: Could not mmap memory

Is there some trick to make the two different Apache server
instances not use the same shared memory space?

Thanks.
