I too find the "@" in the middle a bit distr@cting. In f@ct, it is re@lly @nnoying @nd @ggr@v@ting...

I'll vote for anything which is alphanumeric only. If it's shorter, that'd be nice. Also,
it might be an idea to begin with a capital-letter: the Exim list has [Exim] and that is really
clean and precise, I find.
