Try mod_throttle.  It has the capabilities to limit the total amount of data a site can send,
but so far I've only gotten it to stop sending images, not the entire site... 

If you can get it to work, let me know :-)  But it definitely supports it...

  Like on some web hosting services u see..
  the uses has gone over there monthly 2gig Limit... etc etc..
  I want to be able to limit that..

    mod_bandwidth is the thing you should be looking at. download it from www.apachetoolbox.com

      I have been trying to figure out how to limit peoples b/w usage each month..

      Like i have about 20 Clients on my server and they are spoes to have a 4GB/month of
web transfer. I have seen other WebHosting Companys do this in the past i was wondering if
anyone knows how to do it?
