Atul,

Basically it allows you to indicate what all cipher suites, SSL versions
etc. are acceptable for the SSL handshake 'twix the client and the
webserver. Check out

http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_ssl.html#sslciphersuite

for a full treatment of this directive.
