Onderwerp: Alias or VirtualHost?

I'm not sure if this is possible, and if it is, how to
do it exactly. I would like to set up a link in my
Apache to redirect myself to a certain IP and port.
For example:

I want to be able to, from a web browser, type in
http://1.2.3.4/webstats and have it actually take me
to http://4.3.2.1:5678

Is this possible through Alias or VirtualHost or
something else in Apache? Can someone point me into
the right direction or tell me how to do this?

I am running Apache 2.0.36 on Redhat 7.3, kernel
2.4.18-5.

Thanks in advance,
Adam Cormany
