Im pretty sure that PHP either comes with a standard install of OSX, or is in the developer tools. /System/Library/PHP directory and in the stock apache module directory /usr/libexec/httpd/libphp4.so Then just add the LoadModule and AddModule directives, and AddType and you should be good to go...
