I wondered = the=20 same thing only reducing it a bit further than the = above
example.  My=20 reasons were to=20 = shorten
domain.com/cgi-bin/webmailprogram.cgi
to
domain.com/webm= ail

Is=20 that possible and if so does it open up major security=20 = issues?
