Create a cname for each of your other vhosts pointing back to your main ip address

uses apache namevirtualhost xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and then have seperate vhosts for each sub-domain
you want.

The main thing you need to setup is the dns side, otherwise no matter what u have setup under
apache it won't work

Andrew

snowbankih.tzo.com is the normal address.

My understanding of the Apache docs tells me that I should be able to create
dev.snowbankih.tzo.com or whatever.snowbankih.tzo.com without having to
register each name, but by adding the appropriate directory and making a
change like I did in httpd.conf
