Subject mod_ssl / 2.0.39 : missing files necessary to compile on win32
Date Mon, 08 Jul 2002 20:27:06 GMT
hi all,

has anyone had problems with compiling mod_ssl on win32 using the
microsoft compiler? i'm getting an error apparently related to a missing
.rc file when building from the command line:

 msdev Apache.dsw /USEENV /MAKE "mod_ssl - Win32 Release" "abs - Win32
Release" /NORECURSE
--------------------Configuration: mod_ssl - Win32
Release--------------------
Generating ssl_expr_parse.c/.h from ssl_expr_parse.y
bison: /usr/share/bison.simple: No such file or directory
The system cannot find the file specified.
Could Not Find k:\WEB\src\apache2\src\modules\ssl\y.tab.c
The system cannot find the file specified.
Could Not Find k:\WEB\src\apache2\src\modules\ssl\y.tab.h
Error executing c:\winnt\system32\cmd.exe.
mod_ssl.so - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

also, when opening the project using msdev, i get a 'unable to load
mod_ssl.rc' error dialog.. did i goof up downloading? or is this a known
issue?

cheers,
andy
