This is getting interesting. Now the problem is quite narrowed, i.e. no
interpreter problem anymore since it can run cgi scripts. How about do two more
tests: 1. take out '.cgi' and only leave '.pl' there. 2. switch the positions of
'.cgi' and '.pl'. i.e. '.pl' first and '.cgi' second.
