Subject Apache 2.0.39 and 'clean' URL's
Date Tue, 30 Jul 2002 03:57:10 GMT
I have upgraded from Apache 1.3.x to Apache 2.0.39, previously, by using
multiviews, I could use a URL like
http://my.site/some/dir/script/some/path to have script.php parse the
rest of some/path and return the relevant dynamic content.

With Apache 2 somethng has changed and I can't get the config to work.

I have set 'MultiviewMatch Handlers Filters' and tried 'AddHandler PHP
.php', all to no avail.

The script.php occurs at different levels in different branches of the
document tree and under various names so rewrite will be difficult.
Ideally I want to have what I had before.

Any ideas?

Michael
