Are you trying to compile a new version of PHP?  Im pretty sure that PHP either comes
with a standard install of OSX, or is in the developer tools.
/System/Library/PHP directory and in the stock apache module directory 
/usr/libexec/httpd/libphp4.so
Then just add the LoadModule and AddModule directives, and AddType and you should be good
to go...
Otherwise you should be able to get a binary off Entropy
