Try these settings in conf file....

Options FollowSymLinks Includes

**Alias or ur root folder**
Alias  /myweb/ "x:/www/"

    <Directory "x:/www">
        Options FollowSymLinks Includes         
        AllowOverride None
        Order allow,deny
        Allow from all
    </Directory>

 AddHandler cgi-script .cgi

 AddType text/html .shtml
 AddHandler server-parsed .shtml
